Description

Pharmazin 1000 in 1 g of the drug contains 1000 IU of active tylosin, which corresponds to the content of 1100 mg of the antibiotic tylosin tartrate. The medicinal product is obtained by chemical synthesis and does not contain components of animal and plant origin, genetically modified products.

This combines the antibiotic with epithelium transferase, which prevents the formation of peptide bonds. The drug is active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Bacteriodes nodosus, Moraxella bovis, Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Diplococcus spp., Corynebacterium spp. S., Pasdi. ), as well as mycoplasmas (Mycoplasma gallisepticum, M. hyopneumoniae, M. synoviae, M. meleagridis, M. agalactiae, M. bovigenitalium), chlamydia (Chlamydia spp.) and rickettsiae (Rickettsia spp.). The effect of the drug on mycoplasmas exceeds the effect of most known chemotherapeutic agents.

After oral administration, it is well absorbed by the mucous membrane of the digestive tract, creating bacteriostatic levels in the blood and tissues. In broilers, the maximum concentration in the serum is reached in 2 hours after application. Tylosin penetrates well into all organs and tissues. Metabolized mainly in the liver, excreted mainly in urine and bile, as well as milk and eggs.
