Description

Cylindrical tablets with a flat surface, the line and beveled, from light yellow to yellow (on the surface of tablets allowed marbling-inclusions).

Composition

1 tablet (0.8 g product) contains the active ingredients:

sulfadimine – 70 mg;

oxytetracycline hydrochloride – 45 mg;

trimethoprim – 30 mg;

tylosin tartrate – 25 mg;

norsulfazole – 80 mg.

Pharmacological properties

Ultraseptol pills – a comprehensive drug broad spectrum bactericidal and bacteriostatic action.

Sulfadimine – sulfonamides, active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria: E. coli, Shigella spp., Klebsiella spp., Vibrio cholerae, Clostridium perfringens, Bacillus anthracis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Yersinia pestis, Chlamydia spp., Actinomyces israelii, Toxoplasma gondii. The mechanism of action is associated with inhibition of PABA and competitive dyhidropteroatsyntetazy, leading to disruption of the synthesis tetrahidrofoliyevoyi acid needed for the synthesis of purines and pyrimidines.

Oxytetracycline – bacteriostatic antibiotic mechanism of action of which is to initiate protein synthesis during its interaction with ribosomes, as well as to reduce the permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of sensitive microorganisms. The drug has a wide range of effects on gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms: Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Brucella spp., Haemophilus spp., E. coli, Pasteurella spp., Klebsiella spp., Erysipelothrix spp., Fusobacterium spp. , Salmonella spp., as well as the simplest (Protozoa), mycoplasma (Mycoplasma spp.), rickettsia (Rickettsia spp.) and chlamydia (Chlamydia).

Tylosin – a mixture of macrolide antibiotics produced by a strain of Streptomyces fradiae, comprising mainly tylosin A. tylosin is effective against gram-positive and some gram-negative microorganisms: Corynebacterium spp., Clostridium spp., Erysipelothrix spp., Pasteurella spp., Vibrio spp., Leptospira spp., Brucella spp., Neisseria spp., Haemophilus spp., and against rickettsiae (Rickettsia spp.), spirochetes (Spirochaetes (Borrelia anserina, Brachyspira hyodysenteriae)), mycoplasma (M. gallisepticum, M. synoviae, M. meleagridis, etc..). Tylosin exhibits bacteriostatic effect by inhibition of protein synthesis (via irreversible connection with bacterial 50S ribosomal subunits) and microbial cell growth and reproduction, respectively.

Norsulfazole – bacteriostatic antimicrobial agent, active in relation to hrampopozytyvnyh and gram-negative microorganisms: Escherichia coli, Shigella spp., Klebsiella spp., Vibrio cholerae, Clostridium perfringens, Bacillus anthracis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Yersinia pestis, Chlamydia spp., Actinomyces israelii, Toxoplasma gondii.
